Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website fucosplaud.yachts and the tailor services offered by Skrædderiet Mølle in Odense, Denmark. By using our website or commissioning work, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Skrædderiet Mølle
Vestergade 41
5000 Odense, Denmark
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +45 66 12 38 74
2. Services
We provide alterations, repairs, made-to-measure and related sewing services for private and business clients. Descriptions on this website are informational. The specific scope, price and timeline for each job are confirmed when we accept your order or fitting appointment.
3. Appointments and garments left with us
Please arrive on time for fittings. Garments left in our care should be clean and free of hazardous substances. We handle items with professional care but are not liable for pre-existing damage, latent fabric faults, or loss beyond the reasonable value of the sewing work where Danish mandatory consumer rules do not provide otherwise.
4. Quotes, payment and collection
Quotes are estimates unless stated as fixed. Payment is due as agreed at booking or completion — typically on collection. Uncollected garments may, after reasonable notice, be treated in accordance with Danish rules on abandoned property and our storage costs.
5. Made-to-measure projects
Made-to-measure work depends on accurate measurements, timely fittings and your approval of cloth and design choices. Changes after cutting may incur extra cost and delay. Deposits, where requested, are applied toward the final invoice and may be non-refundable once cloth is ordered or cutting has begun, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
6. Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information. We may update or correct pages without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our materials for commercial use without permission.
7. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in Denmark or the EU, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under Danish consumer legislation, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) where they apply to our services and products.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any claim arising from a sewing commission is limited to the price paid for that commission, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise (including liability for personal injury).
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Denmark. Consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s consumer guidance services where applicable.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Material changes to ongoing commissions will be communicated where reasonably possible.
