This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you use our website, contact us or visit our atelier in Odense. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and the Danish Data Protection Act (Databeskyttelsesloven, Act No. 502 of 23 May 2018, as amended).

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Appointment and fitting information (garment descriptions, measurements, project notes, event dates)

4. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiry messages are typically retained for up to 24 months. Client and fitting records related to active or recent projects are kept for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. Accounting records are retained for the periods required by Danish law (generally five years under bookkeeping rules). Cookie consent records are kept until you clear them or request deletion.

5. Recipients and transfers

We may share data with service providers who support our operations (for example email hosting or IT), under appropriate contracts. We do not sell your personal data. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Under GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, where applicable.
